Great coffee, so much smoother than pods, very easy to use,

I have always loved a good cup of coffee and have tried many different methods to be able to get it correct myself. I started with a cafetiere, then to an espresso maker but could not get it exactly right and found it all taking a lot of time to prepare the beans and coffee. I love my new machine and find it really useful that I can get a wonderfully balanced double espresso at the touch of a button and can select the flavour intensity with my own selection of beans just placed into the top. I have made many cups in a short space of time and have had no problems with emptying the tray when the machine advises me. It is worth having this if you love a really good cup of coffee without much of the fuss or massive costs of buying on the high street

Finally found a YouTube video explaining how to use a similar machine. Once set up the rest is quite easy. There are a few options drinks wise and they're all easy to use. You can alter the size and strength of your coffee and the Frother is easy to use too. My kids are enjoying the hot milky chocolate and even the occasional mocha. The maintenance regime is a little demanding and the filter and cleaning tablets are an added expense but to get a great coffee at home is worth the money and effort. The only negative has been the awful set up and lack of legible instructions. Otherwise I absolutely love it.

I will say I prefer written instruction manuals than just pictures. However we are working our way through using it. I love that you can make two cups at the same time, select your strength! My husband loved it super strong and I don’t so this is the perfect machine for us! I love that it does beans and ground down coffee. It does the milk frother although we need to buy a metal jug for that so have not tried it yet. I literally love everything so far about the machine itself. Just love it and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this to everyone I speak to!

I have fallen in love with my new machine – I cannot recommend it to others enough! I have to be honest and say the instruction book is not great and it was a little tricky to set up, but nothing that a youtube video could help trouble shoot. The built in grinder and seal around the bean area keeps the beans fresh and prepares then perfectly as needed. It is very easy to clean to maintain the freshness and the of your coffee drinks. Any parts that need cleaning or emptying are super easy to remove/clean. In relation to machine descaling - the AquaClean filter allows you to enjoy up to 5,000 cups without needing to descale the machine, making it highly convenient for long-term use. The grinding of the coffee is on the loud side but it is not an issue as you know the fresh beans are in the grinded ready for a fresh brew. You can also adjust the aroma/strength and the water amount using the touch button on the machine. Allowing for full customisation of you drink. I usually drink black coffee and have the occasional flat white or latte as a treat – the machine did not disappoint, the milk steamer create perfect steamed milk for flat whites and makes creamy froth for lattes and cappuccinos. Though it’s on the pricier side, the durability and consistent coffee quality/taste make it a great investment – a perfect bean to cup machine. (You can also used ground coffee in the machine via a little added section, I am yet to try this. Looks very handy)

Fresh from bea to cup (though you can use ground coffee too if you wish) The machine is self cleaning, and cleanses itself after each use and also upon startup. It’s a sleek design and is easy to use and clean. And it’s quick and not too noisy! My new favourite kitchen gadget. A superb coffee machine.
